Why you should be unbanned:

With all due respect, I feel the admin made the wrong call in banning me. In the maps leading up to pipeline (the map we were playing when I was banned), there were accusations that I may be hacking. At first they seemed playful and I shrugged them off, but as they became more serious I decided to record demos of my play should it come to this. Unfortunately, I inadvertently overwrote each demo by using the shortcut to retype the /record <demoname> command, so all I have are the few rounds I played on pipeline.

This demo is my only tangible defense for proving my innocence, although without some commentary even a few of the kills may seem questionable.

Apart from this I can only provide you information on the history of my gaming as it relates to FPS's and CoD4 specifically, however, much of it is unverifiable as the clans and ladders I have competed with no longer have record of our accomplishments readily available.

Well before i got into my server i heard my members talking about a hacker and hearing "oh hes hacking" or "the hacker got me" and shit like that. I just ignored it if i got in there to look for myself. Now granted we are all somewhat new to cod4, so i just kept an eye on all my killcams and the stuff the guys were talking about. Now i didnt want to ban you, for are my first ban in our new server but the more and more i watched you i noticed that, I myself could never come from behind you and if i did you always turned right before i got there, a few times i can understand but im a huge sound whore and i dont run much or make noise much so i know when and when not people could have heard me. Also i noticed that you would kill alot of people from behind even ones hiding in a building you always came around. So that just becomes a little weird. There were times you would start out or in my mind not hacking a get killed alot and easy. But then u would go some rounds an kill everyone in no time. Which makes when wonder if you toggle. One thing another member talked about was how long u would sit looking at a place before the person u shot come out, it was like u knew they were coming, i dont care how good you are, thats when it makes it look weird when u just wait and stare at nothing, then all the sudden someone appears right there....weird right? ik So ill im telling you was your gameplay makes u look really fishy. I respect your attitude toward this and your respectful post. Respect goes along ways with me. I dont mind unbanning you but im telling you now i hate hackers and will not allow it in my server, we all play the game fair and thats why we all suck but thats what makes it fun. But when i got guys bitching and then i question that same person, i remove them. So lets keep the radar, wallhacks and/or whatever else out of my server and just play fair. If i see you around and see that your playing more legit, ill prolly be asking you the apply for our chill clan if your old enough, just for the fact that i like your respect level. Play fair, play hard, have fun!

I saw you guys were in game, so I popped on here to see if you had an open ventrilo/TS server I could play and talk with you guys on. After not finding any info I thought I would just join up and ask... turns out I am back to being banned.

I haven't been on your server in several days, so I don't know when or by who or for what reason, let me know if I need to submit a new ban appeal or if this was a mistake.

Our vent channel is members-only, that's why we don't have info for it here on the forums.

Far as the ban goes, we had all assumed you were unbanned since Speak said he was going to lift your ban in his previous post. We'll double-check it. Thanks.
